Ronaldo Villaver of Australian Visayan Multicultural Communities (AUSVISAYAN) attended the Australia Commemoration of the 80th Leyte Gulf Landings at Liverpool, New South Wales, Australia held on 19 October 2024.
A parade of colours, playing of the national anthems of USA, Philippines and Australia as well as the recorded video of the radio the message of General Douglas MacArthur, laying of wreaths and commemorative messages of the invited guests were the main segments of the commemoration.

To recall, the annual Leyte Gulf Landings commemoration in Australia was initiated by Ronaldo Villaver of EVESTCCO/Eastern Visayas Communities in 2009 and who was then President of the Philippine Community Council of New South Wales (PCCNSW) Inc.
